Questions
What if my parent has no smartphone?Register them with their phone number. They confirm by text or a short voice call, and Patient Services can book visits by phone.
Can my parent see what I pay?Yes. And you only see their health information if they allow it, even though you pay.
What can wallet money be used for?Only Ekovia healthcare: visits, medicines, delivery and tests. It cannot be withdrawn or transferred.
What happens to extra money from a family collection?It goes to the patient’s Ekovia care wallet for future care.
Can I cancel?Any time. The plan runs to the end of the paid month, then your parent can continue pay-per-visit.
Is my payment secure?Checkout uses card security checks, and Ekovia never stores your full card number.
