How soon can I see a doctor?Usually within 15 minutes for a video, voice or chat visit once Ekovia opens. You can also book a time.
Who are the doctors?Licensed clinicians checked with their council. Each has an EPI you can look up on Check a clinician.
Is a plan insurance?No. Plans cover doctor visits and care coordination. Hospital bills, medicines and tests are paid separately.
How do I pay?In Nigeria by card, bank transfer or USSD, weekly, monthly or yearly. Family abroad can pay by card in their own currency.
Where are my records kept?Securely in the EU with a copy in Nigeria. Only your care team sees them, and you decide what sponsors can see.
