Questions
Is this insurance?No. Plans cover doctor visits and care coordination. Hospital bills, medicines and tests are paid separately; members get 5–10% off medicines at partner pharmacies.
What if I use up my visits?Pay per visit as normal, or move up a plan. Unused visits carry over for one month.
Can family abroad pay for me?Yes. Relatives can pay in their own currency through Family pay, and you decide what they can see.
Who are the doctors?Licensed doctors checked against their council’s register. Each has an EPI (Ekovia Provider ID) you can look up.
Can I stop or change my plan?Any time. Changes start at your next payment. Weekly plans pause if you miss a week.
Do prices change?Prices are reviewed every quarter. Early members keep their price for 12 months, and everyone gets notice before a change.
